About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and driven ERP Functional Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring ERP solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation and optimisation for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and map them to ERP functionalities.

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.

• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training to end-users.

• Develop functional specifications for customisations, integrations, and reporting.

• Stay updated on the latest ERP features and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst working with at least one of the following ERP systems:

  • Epicor

  • SAP Business One (SAP B1)

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central / Finance & Operations)

  • Infor Syteline / Infor M3

  • Sage X3

  • Acumatica

  • NetSuite

  • SYSPRO

• Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or CRM).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Relevant ERP certifications are highly desirable.
