Lead / Senior Software Engineer (.NET, Bank) - #1164193

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Own the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of CLM Manager middleware or Fenergo platform modules (KYC, AML, Onboarding, Client Due Diligence) to meet business and regulatory requirements.

• Requirements & Solution Design: Collaborate with system analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical impact analysis, assess risks/constraints, and design technical solutions based on functional specifications.

• Implementation & Testing: Build and configure solutions, customize workflows, rules, data models, and UI components; perform unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.

• System Integration & Upgrades: Work with integration teams on APIs and data mapping across systems, support cross-system integrations, and participate in platform version upgrades and configuration migrations.

• BAU & Incident Support: Provide day-to-day application support, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents/service requests, and perform root cause analysis for recurring problems.Release & Compliance Management: Prepare and review release documentation, support deployments and validations, ensure adherence to SLAs, ITIL processes, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Planning & Team Collaboration: Plan development activities, provide effort estimates, guide team members and vendors, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate risks or issues to project management when required.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of software development experience using .NET technologies, preferably C#.NET.

• Cloud & Azure Skills: Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and Azure messaging services.

• Industry Background: Experience working in banking or financial institutions is preferred.

• Development Practices: Good understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

• Leadership & Domain Knowledge: Proven team leadership experience; familiarity with CLM systems and Python for ETL is a plus.
