About the Role

Are you a natural storyteller who loves being in front of the camera, but also possesses the sharp communication skills to close deals? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.

This is a unique hybrid role where you will split your time between creative content creation and driving our sales pipeline. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to brainstorm and star in engaging video content, while actively converting inbound leads (car owners) into sales or consignment acquisitions.

Position Type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Content Creation (Creative Side)

Brainstorm & Plan: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to generate fresh, trending, and creative content ideas for our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

On-Camera Talent: Might need to act as a talent in our video content—including short-form videos, car reviews, skits, and educational content.

Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on social media trends, viral audio, and competitor content to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.

2. Pre-Sales & Conversion (Sales Side)

Lead Conversion: Engage with car owners who have inquired about selling their vehicles.

Pitch & Persuade: Effectively communicate our value proposition to convince leads to either sell their cars directly to us or list them under our Consignment Program.

Relationship Management: Manage initial inquiries via WhatsApp, social media DMs, and phone calls, qualifying their intent and moving them seamlessly through the sales funnel.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and follow up diligently to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

Camera-Ready: High energy, charismatic, and deeply comfortable being on camera. Prior experience hosting, acting, or creating TikTok/Reels content is a major plus.

Sales Drive: A persuasive communicator with a thick skin and a results-oriented mindset. You are motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions.

Industry Interest: Knowledge of or a strong passion for cars and the local automotive market is highly advantageous.

Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to speak a second language (e.g., Mandarin or Malay) to connect with a wider demographic of car owners is a plus.

Team Player: Able to take direction well from the Marketing Manager while working independently on sales leads.
