1. Air Freight Planner /Rotating Shift /Up to $3,500 @Alps Ave

Morning- Mon-Fri: 9am - 5.30pm, Alt Sat 9am - 1pm; Night - Mon-Fri: 5pm to 1.30am, Alt Sat: 5pm - 9pm

  • Monitor and plan space for loading shipment & follow up on status of freight.

  • Work with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.

  • Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customers/ carriers

  • Ensure all shipments are complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with customer and airline.

  • Producing progress report and profit/loss to team and stakeholders.

  • Handling RFQ and tender, coordinate with sales on enquiries and assist with the best solutions.

  • Knowledge in buying/selling rate from customers, airlines & plan BUP shipment for consolidation.


2. Customer Sevice Officer/Executive (Import /Export) /5.25 days - $3,000 - $4,200 @Alps Ave

  • Provide flight details to customer upon receiving the booking and check on documents.

  • Apply export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner.

  • Monitor onboard status and to informed customer on any irregularity.

  • Communicate with departments E.g. Ops, Warehouse, Traffic , planning team

  • Ensure Airfreight rates apply is correctly and update changes/requirements of airline requirement.

  • Ensure monthly customer report is submitted, and update stakeholders for shipment status.

  • Ensure all shipments are arranged as per SOP and work with Sales for special arrangements


3. Client Management Executive/Up to $3,800 @Ubi

  • Coordination of client’s business requirement to ensure good service level are delivered to clients.

  • Attend client’s enquiries and requirement on order information/status, quotation, shipping, etc

  • Advising client on delivery schedule and inventory availability.

  • Follow up closely to ensure resolution of all problems and issues from Clients.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met

  • Initiate continuous processes improvement, Participate in Demand planning with the client.

  • Provide business reports to Management and client on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • Diploma in any discipline with 1 year in order management /customer service.
