Field Engineer - #1164157

Responsibilities:

• Provide field service support for machinery and systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Respond to customer service requests within agreed response times and provide effective technical solutions.

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records in the Company's SSA system.

• Recommend spare parts, repair solutions, and maintenance services to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.

• Liaise with suppliers/ principals/ manufacturers on technical support, warranty matters, equipment performance issues, spare part recommendation, service-related concerns.

• Support the Technical Operations Executive team in preparing service quotations, maintenance contracts, and technical proposals.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures while carrying out service activities.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional and responsive service support.

• Participate in technical training and continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills.

• Perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by the Superior.

Requirements:

• Hands-on and possess good knowledge in mechanical & electrical systems and troubleshooting skills

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical & electrical troubleshooting. (Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered).

• Knowledge of PLC programming & troubleshooting, or AutoCAD experience will be an added advantage.

• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

• Must be customer- orientated and willing to take challenges

• Possesses Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License, preferably with own vehicle.
