About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support procurement operations within an engineering environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, tender management, and supplier relationship management.

You will play a key role in ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with company procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and contract administration.

• Source materials and services in accordance with project specifications and operational requirements.

• Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery performance, and service standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and support operational needs.

• Work closely with the Finance team on payment-related matters and invoice reconciliation.

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, monitor market trends, and assess supply risks.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and governance standards.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of end-to-end procurement experience within the engineering, manufacturing, marine, logistics, industrial, or related sectors.

• Strong experience in sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract management, and procurement negotiations.

• Familiarity with engineering materials, equipment, or technical services procurement will be an advantage.

• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP procurement systems.
