Search Personnel
  • Position : Human Resource (HR) Executive

  • Location : Gul Avenue (Transport from MRT)

  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.15am to 5.30pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Industrial Engineering


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, dormitory admin & PCP

  • Administer leave, medical claims, overtime, and timesheet verification

  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, and confidential files

  • Support employment changes (transfers, promotions)

  • Implement HR policies and update handbook/forms

  • Submit statutory government claims (NS, maternity, levy waiver, etc.)

  • Manage training administration and needs identification

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

  • Liaise with government bodies and statutory boards

  • Support internship programmes

  • Process work injury compensation and insurance claims (H&S)

  • Provide general HR and administrative event support


Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resource

  • Able to multi-task with strong office administration skills

  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, resourceful and positive working attitude

  • At least 2 years working experience in HRM

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Conversant in MS Office applications
