Client Onboarding Specialist ( Treasure Banking) - #1164084

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international Treasures clients, including account opening and product activation.

• Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., CRS, FATCA).

• Make welcome calls to new clients, introduce the bank’s services, and guide them through their onboarding steps.

• Provide assistance to clients on using banking digital platforms and accessing relevant banking services in Singapore.

• Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.

• Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.

• Ad hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in banking, client servicing, or onboarding roles. Exposure to private or priority banking clients is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred due to the diverse client base.

• Familiarity with basic banking products, digital channels, and onboarding regulations.

• Meticulous, client-focused, and a dependable team player.

• Comfortable working in a fast paced with high attention to service detail.
