Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule workflow for each department / operation according to established manufacturing sequence

• Analyze production specifications and plant specification data to determine manufacturing processes and tools

• Expedite operations that delay schedules and update schedules in unforeseen circumstances

• Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders

• Generate and maintain reports for management use

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Business related field or equivalent

• Prior working experience in the manufacturing / semiconductor industry is advantageous

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated, meticulous and team player

• Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Individual with no experience is welcomed to apply
