About the Role

You will play a meaningful role in shaping children's cognitive, intellectual, and emotional growth through highly engaging enrichment classes.

Day to day, you will:

• Conduct structured, fun, and energetic brain development enrichment classes for small groups of children aged 1 to 6

• Deliver Heguru's proprietary right and whole brain development programmes with excellence

• Support children's cognitive, intellectual, social, and emotional development

• Build strong, professional relationships with parents through regular communication

• Participate in designing and developing new lesson activities as part of ongoing curriculum innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma (any discipline)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude, initiative, and reliability

• A genuine passion for early childhood development

• Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)

• No prior teaching experience required — comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week, Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

• Additional time-off incentives, including opportunities to end work earlier every week

• Extra perk: 10 full weeks a year with no teaching duties

• Fixed off days on Monday and Tuesday
