Production Supervisor (Manufacturing industry ) - #1164023

Job Summary: 5 working days in a week, including one day of weekend.

Location: Pioneer , company transport is provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that products are manufactured according to cGMP & HACCP standards

• Liaise with production planner and the Management on any change or delay in production schedule

• Liaise with R&D on any shortage or quality issue regards to the raw material

• Report raw material characteristic to QC of regular intervals. e.g. raw material - foreign particle, color appearance and texture.

• Conduct briefing to Operators / Line Leader regards to production matters or any information that is required by the Management

• Manage Operators / Line Leader on daily basis as and when required

• Assist to cover the line during break times

• Follow up with vendors on maintenance, calibration schedule & follow throughout

• Check machinery, consumables and if found out of order, to liaise with reporting Manager on the purchase.

• To key and update production output details in the Navision promptly

• Prepare and submit reports to the Management
