Responsibilities

EDM Machinist

• Operate and program Sodick Sinker (AG/AL series) and AgieCharmilles FORM S350 machines to achieve high-precision, vibration-free machining.

• Perform mold chase fabrication, including burning pocket geometries and ensuring accurate alignment of components.

• Manage electrodes (graphite/copper) using System 3R or Erowa tooling for high-repeatability setups.

• Optimize machining processes by adjusting generator settings (VDI finish, pulse duration, jump speed) to meet strict quality standards.

• Conduct quality control inspections and perform routine machine maintenance to ensure consistent performance and accuracy.

Mold Tooling Technician

• Assemble and debug precision semiconductor mold tooling in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.

• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for encapsulation and molding process issues.

• Carry out tooling adjustments, fine-tuning, and optimization to achieve required performance and dimensional accuracy.

• Verify assembly quality using precision measurement tools, ensuring compliance with critical dimensions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain proper documentation while adhering to safety standards and 5S practices.

Requirements

• Candidates with machinist experience in Sodick or AgieCharmilles machines are welcome to apply.
