Technician / 12 hours Shift or Normal Working Hours / OT / IMMEDIATE - #1163935

Responsibilities (12 Hours Shift)

• Perform assembly and testing activities according to the production schedule, specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions.

• Support gas panel assembly, including pallet assembly, leak checks, system integration, functional testing, and final quality inspection.

• Maintain good housekeeping standards and adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocols.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

• Uphold strong Quality and Productivity standards in daily tasks.

• Work in a cleanroom environment as required.

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
  

Responsibilities (12 Hours shift or Normal Working Hours + OT)

• Semiconductor machine startup and installation

• Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair

• Perform equipment continuous improvement programs, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works.

• Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters

• Attend to customer's enquiry and provide timely solution

• Other ad hoc duties as instructed by reporting manager

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Applicants without the stated qualifications but with relevant experience may be considered based on overall merit.

• Able to read and understand schematic and mechanical drawings.

• Able to independently perform assembly work involving up to two processes on a platform.

• Experience in gas box or gas panel assembly within the semiconductor industry will be an advantage.

• Able to work rotating day/night shifts (rotation once every quarter or every two quarters).

• 3-4 / 4-3 shift pattern applies.
