About the role
As the Inventory & Warehouse Lead, you will be the driving force behind warehouse and inventory operations. You'll lead initiatives to ensure stock accuracy, optimize warehouse efficiency, improve operational processes, and maintain the smooth flow of materials and equipment across the business.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse, ensuring all inventory movements and transactions are accurately recorded in the inventory management system.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and issuance of goods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Company procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and replenishment requirements to maintain optimal stock availability while preventing shortages, overstocking, and excess inventory.
Conduct regular cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliations, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock variances promptly.
Maintain an organised, clean, and safe warehouse environment by implementing proper storage practices, maximising space utilisation, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
Ensure all equipment, tools, materials, and Company assets are properly stored, safeguarded, maintained, and accounted for.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and inventory control.
Prepare inventory, stock movement, asset issuance, transfer, adjustment, variance, and management reports to support operational planning and business decision-making.
Support internal and external inventory audits by maintaining proper documentation, monitoring warehouse operating costs, and recommending cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant departments to plan and arrange delivery and collection schedules, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods, materials, and equipment.
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in warehouse and inventory management are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and inventory management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel); experience with Inventory Management System will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on, and responsible individual with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
