Responsibilities
Visit customer sites to assess operational pain points and identify tooling and equipment needs
Maintain, service, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic tooling on-site and in the workshop, just to name a few
Promote and demonstrate our product range, matching solutions to each customer's application
Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow through to close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with maintenance, production, and procurement teams
Relay customer feedback and field insights to our product and purchasing teams
Requirements
3+ years in industrial sales, field service engineering, or a related technical role
Going the extra mile to service clients
Hands-on experience maintaining and servicing hydraulic and/or pneumatic tooling and systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose faults on customer equipment
Confident communicator able to build rapport with shop-floor and management audiences
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites; own vehicle preferable (travel allowance provided)
Relevant trade or engineering qualification, or product-specific certification advantageous.
