Senior Network & Infra Engineer - SDWAN / Server / Presales / Perm - #1163878

Responsibilities:

Network Engineering

• Design, configure, and implement network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and SDWAN.

• Understand Zero trust

• Good experience and able to work independently to perform scratch base installation, backup, restore, configure, upgrade network equipment.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Implement network harderning, server hardening align CIS

• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network devices and systems.

• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.

IT infrastructure

• Brings a broad understanding of IT infrastructure and support services. This role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT services to our clients

• Experience tech windows server with application and able lead the tech refresh project for AD upgrade, file server migration, integration with cloud or new solution

• Experience performing server hardening align to CIS

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, server deployment, and end-user support

• Familiarity with RDS, network radius design and troubleshoot

• Able to support on urgent or weekend for OS or network maintenance when needed on operation or project need

• Good to have experience with Azure, AWS cloud, PAM system

• Good to have experience to setup, manage full Azure landscape for SAP system

Pre-Sales activities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential opportunities for network & server solutions

• Conduct technical assessments of client requirements and translate them into effective network, server designs and proposals

• Develop and present compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing our network & server solutions

• Provide expert advice on network architecture, design, and implementation best practices

• Assist in the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and other technical documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure business

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent

• Checkpoint Harmony SASE

• HPE Aruba SDWAN

• Fortinet FortiGate and Secure Wireless LAN

• Allied Telesis

• AD migration experience
