About the role
As an Administrative Executive, you will work with multiple functions in Aid to keep processes running smoothly. You will observe the different key functions to understand the business overview, and provide support mainly related to administration, accounts, hiring and marketing.
Key responsibilities
Manage internal office communication, including receiving phone calls, taking messages, and overseeing email correspondences to ensure timely responses
Assist with bookkeeping and financial procedures, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget management
Schedule job postings weekly
Screen job applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process in collaboration with the team
Lead the creation and execution of marketing materials and collaterals, including digital content, brochures, and promotional campaigns, to support business development efforts
About you
Good written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work and multitask in fast-paced environment
Must be able to work independently, take initiative, assume responsibility, and make decisions in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to take direction and prioritise as needed
