Job Description:

As a Health Coach, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for coordinating and executing health coaching activities in shopping malls and hawker centres.

• Raise awareness of healthy lifestyle to the workers.

• Conduct face-to-face or phone coaching, either in a group or individually.

• Responsible for coordinating and executing coaching in the malls and hawker centres.

• Support onsite team in day-to-day operational matters (eg. ensuring forms are duly signed, end-day report writing on site observations, etc)

• Be a role model and able to lead teams to ensure that the staff onsite understand the instructions given and behave in a professional manner.

• Managing vendors, if assigned.

• Assist Reporting Officer with any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• Open to traveling across the island as required for work assignments, site visits, or operational needs.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.

• Possesses strong team spirit and works well with others to achieve common goals.

• Good interpersonal skills
