Primarily responsible full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline, onboarding matters and supporting all HR matters.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
· Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
· Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
· Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
· Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
· Assimilation of new hires to the organization
· Manage Onboarding and onboarding experience of new hires (Salaried and MNEs etc) including onboarding processes in workday
· Assist site-wide communications activities
· Develop, implement and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs
· Drive Employee Engagement Programs with one direct report (HR Associate).
· Ensure timely reporting of new hire data and statistics
· Develop and implement Health and Wellness Program including sports and recreation plan and community relations to aid employees well-being, retention as well as company image.
· Support in plant audit compliance & customer audit (training)
· Any other HR projects or duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years HR related experience
• Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good communications skills and Team player
• Meticulous and diligent
• Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential
matters.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
SKILLS
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficient oral and written communication/presentation skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office & Workday.
