Supply Chain Coordinator (Entry Level Welcome) - #1163786

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipment clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

• Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to the complete supply chain cycle, including shipping, customs, and trade compliance documents.

• Ensure supplier and customer expectations are consistently met within agreed timelines through effective communication and proactive coordination.

• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any operational issues to maintain efficiency and service standards.

• Inventory data management and documentation.

• Produce inventory report for management’s review.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

· Possess a Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.

· With no experience are welcome to apply.

· Good communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents on shipping matters).

· Work location: Tuas. Company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT.
