Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation.

• Liaise with sub-contractors, request and analyze quotations, and support the selection process to ensure cost-efficiency.

• Manage site progress claims, track project costs against budgets, and prepare monthly progress reports.

• Review and certify sub-contractor progress payments and handle the preparation of final accounts.

• Identify, measure, and price project variations, ensuring all changes are captured and communicated to the project team and clients.

• Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and ensure actual site conditions align with contract quantities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.

• 2–3 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry, with specific exposure to landed residential projects.

• Strong proficiency in measurement and take-off software, and Microsoft Excel.

• Good understanding of local building regulations, standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC or bespoke residential forms), and industry pricing trends.

• Highly organized, cost-conscious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to communicate effectively with site teams and external consultants.
