Fleet Operations Executive - #1163790

Responsibilities:

• Receive and assess customer feedback on vehicle issues and translate them into clear repair instructions for vendors.

• Coordinate with workshops and service providers to schedule repairs and track progress.

• Review vendor repair recommendations to ensure only essential and customer relevant work is approved.

• Follow up on completed repairs to verify quality and confirm customer issues are resolved.

• Monitor repair costs and flag any pricing concerns to management.

• Maintain an organised tracker of all ongoing and completed repair jobs.

• Source competitive quotations for parts and labour, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in fleet maintenance, automotive operations, or vehicle logistics.

• Ability to assess repair needs and differentiate between critical and non-essential work.

• Good negotiation skills when dealing with vendors and suppliers.

• Familiar with Singapore's automotive service landscape.

• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
