Monthly Commission Scheme + Variable Performance Bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
5-Day Work Week, Bukit Batok Crescent, Singapore
What You'll Be Doing
As a Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company's SME financing portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new clients seeking business loans or equipment financing solutions.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and client visits.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable financing solutions.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while achieving monthly disbursement targets.
Collaborate closely with credit and risk teams to facilitate smooth loan approvals and excellent customer experiences.
Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements, KYC procedures, and regulatory standards.
Develop long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Identify upselling opportunities by tracking client business milestones such as expansions, acquisitions, and new projects.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services.
Passion for sales and helping businesses achieve their growth objectives.
