Job Responsibilities

As part of the Finance team, you will support regional inter-company accounting and global netting activities across multiple overseas entities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle overseas inter-company Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) global netting transactions

• Perform reconciliation, settlement, declaration and clearance of inter-company balances

• Prepare AR Statements of Account and monitor aging reports

• Retrieve invoices and supporting documents from overseas entities and internal systems

• Process MUFG global netting declarations

• Perform SAP clearing and offset transactions

• Prepare audit schedules, reports and financial analysis

• Process telegraphic transfer (TT) remittances for overseas group transactions

• Prepare banking system inputs for AR and AP netting settlements

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and finance-related enquiries

• Maintain proper documentation and electronic filing records

• Distribute finance reports to internal business divisions

• Prepare prepaid group billing reports

• Support ad hoc finance projects assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business Finance or related discipline

• Experience handling inter-company accounting and full set of accounts

• Prior exposure to shared services and the freight forwarding/logistics industry is highly preferred

• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
