Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Filing, scanning, faxing, and document management
- Maintain company records (ACRA documents, EP files, contracts, etc.)
- Office supplies purchasing and expense claim processing
- Front desk duties — greet visitors, answer calls, handle correspondence
Project Coordination
- Assist project managers in tracking project progress (marine repair projects)
- Organize project documents (RFQ, quotations, completion reports)
- Maintain customer files and project database
- Prepare documents for MOM / Customs / Port Authority submissions
Finance Support
- Assist in invoice preparation and payment follow-up
- Bank statement reconciliation and filing
- Monthly finance document archiving
HR Support
- Assist in work pass (WP/SP/EP) application preparation for foreign employees
- Staff attendance and leave record management
- CPF / IRAS filing assistance
