Position Summary:

  • To manage accuracy in order processing and reconciliation.

  • To ensure timely process of special orders request & meeting Customers’ requirement / expectation.

  • To establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with Customers.

  • To ensure ongoing support to the Customers addressing to any feedback & issue.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate Special Order (SR).

  • Solve and investigate customer’s complaints / feedback.

  • Communicate politely & effectively both verbal and written with Customers.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with internal / external Customers.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of Data Log / Reports.

  • Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions meeting Customer’s satisfaction.

  • Liaise with operational teams in meeting customers’ special requests.

  • Ensure all telephone calls & queries are addressed.

  • Monitor emails, reply with actions taken.

  • Proper document filing for audit retrieval.

  • Reconciliation of Sales Billing in the Systems.

  • Check Returned DN, to credit / arrange replacement accordingly if there are any delivery discrepancies.

  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication & customer-oriented skills

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills

  • Work Independently, self-assured and willingness to take responsibility

  • Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Pivot Table & PowerPoint)

  • Must be able to work on PHs & Weekends *

  • Must diligently complete the Daily Job Task

  • Must be able to multitask

  • Able to work in our fast and dynamic environment

  • Basic Accounting Knowledge

Working hours:

  • Working hours : 9am to 6pm (Day Shift) | 2pm to 11pm (Mid-Shift)

  • Working days : 5 days a week

  • Rest days: Subject to shift schedule.
