Responsibilities:
Provide professional, personalised customer service by handling enquiries efficiently through phone and CRM channels
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates within the CRM system
Meet individual and team performance targets
Provide customer feedback on processes, participating in cross-training, and contributing positively to team wellbeing and performance.
Requirements:
Diploma
Strong communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to accept theory-heavy training in the beginning
Call Centre working experience would be a plus
