Project Engineer/Project Manager(Electrical/ACMV) - #1163729

Job Description:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with quality standards achieved.

• Manage and oversee construction activities on site, including coordination of changes to works and reviewing drawings to ensure effective execution.

• Handle project management, coordination, implementation, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned projects.

• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, authorities, site teams, and internal project teams.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate project progress across stakeholders.

• Responsible for site supervision, installation, and project implementation.

• Monitor project costing, budgeting, claims, and project schedules.

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure site progress aligns with project timelines.

• Ensure compliance with Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ACMV Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical and/or ACMV construction projects.

• Open to candidates with experience as Electrical Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer, ACMV Engineer, or Project Manager.

• Experience with subcontractor environment is preferred.

• Familiar with AutoCAD.

• Strong knowledge of project coordination, site execution, and construction workflow.

• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.
