• Assist the Project Manager in implementing the safety management system to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all staff and workers.

• Support the Project Manager in enforcing the permit-to-work system and immediately halt any incompatible activities on-site.

• Serve as the secretary of the Project WSH Committee and chair meetings to keep staff and subcontractors informed of site activities and required safety actions.

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring full compliance with all relevant WSH Acts and Regulations.

• Conduct regular safety inspections to assess compliance levels and continuously drive improvements in safety standards.

• Monitor site adherence to statutory safety demands and internal company regulations, reporting any deviations directly to the Project Manager.

• Recommend appropriate corrective actions to the Project Manager for any safety non-compliance issues to enhance overall site safety.

• Keep the site management team updated on new or amended statutory safety regulations and execute necessary adjustments.

• Investigate all accidents, dangerous occurrences, and incidents, and propose corrective measures to prevent future recurrence.

• Liaise with government agency officials on matters regarding safety, mosquito breeding, earth control measures (ECM), and address their feedback promptly.

• Maintain current and accurate documentation to ensure readiness for MOM, NEA, and ISO audits.

• Perform all assigned duties in strict compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Participate in evaluating risk assessments, as well as planning, managing, and reviewing WSH management programs.

• Oversee and manage all safety and health matters concerning site subcontractors.
