Our client is from the FMCG industry and is looking for an experienced HR operations professional to join their Singapore office.

Job Responsibilites

• Design HR strategies that align with business objectives, strengthen organizational culture, and support regional growth.
• Oversee talent management by leading recruitment, retention, and leadership development initiatives to build and sustain a high-performing workforce.
• Promote workplace culture through engagement programs, employee well-being initiatives, and continuous feedback to boost satisfaction and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies, while proactively managing HR-related risks.
• Drive organizational change by leading design, restructuring, and change management efforts to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and streamlined processes.
• Lead the HR team by providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities, while collaborating with department heads to align people strategies with business goals.
• Oversee administrative functions such as office management

Job Requirements

• Extensive HR experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and employment regulations, coupled with deep understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experienced in employee relations matters for both blue and white collar employees
• Proficiency in HRIS systems with strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior management
