This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape and lead radiography services at EGH from inception through to full operational capacity. Working under the radiography Lead, you will be responsible for professional oversight and strategic planning of radiography areas during the pre-operational phase, transitioning to day-to-day clinical operations once the hospital opens. Your responsibilities will encompass developing clinical protocols, establishing quality frameworks, implementing innovative technologies, and building high-performing teams. You will play a crucial role in setting clinical standards, optimising resource allocation, and ensuring excellence in patient care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Radiography from recognised institutions with minimum 11 years' experience and demonstrated competencies, OR

  • Postgraduate degree with minimum 10 years' experience and demonstrated competencies

  • Full or Restricted Registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)

  • NEA R1 License

  • Strong clinical expertise and knowledge in radiography practices

  • Experience in developing clinical protocols and quality frameworks

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders

  • Experience in staff development and training

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
