What You'll Be Doing
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
Understand clients' hiring needs and provide effective talent solutions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and social media.
Conduct interviews, screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations and offer management.
Handle onboarding, documentation and employment administration.
Manage outsourced employees and maintain excellent client service.
Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS.
Keep up-to-date with Singapore employment trends, MOM regulations and market salary benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business, HR or related discipline.
2–5 years of recruitment, staffing or business development experience preferred.
Agency recruitment experience will be a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Sales-driven with a positive and resilient mindset.
Able to work independently while contributing as a team player.
Highly organised with good time management.
Familiarity with recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals is advantageous.
CEI certification preferred
