Work schedule: Full day

To administer and implement an effective Safety Management System in accordance with legislation and preparation for third-party external safety audit
Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety Audits
To prepare and conduct the EHS training for all employees
Measure and monitor the WSH performance of the project and discuss WSH performance in the WHS committee meetings
Implement effective Earth Control Measures (ECM) plan including erosion control and sediment control according to Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) design
Responsible for maintenance and inspection program on site
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirement:

Must be registered with NEA and IES
At least 3 years of practical work experience relevant to the work to be carried out by a ECO in HDB & MOH Projects
