What You'll Do

• Design and develop electrical systems for industrial automation and control applications, from concept through to commissioning

• Create and review electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using industry-standard design tools

• Integrate automation components including sensors, actuators, PLCs, and field devices into cohesive system solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and project delivery

• Conduct site visits for installation support, system testing, and commissioning activities — locally and internationally

• Ensure all electrical designs comply with applicable international standards and client specifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across electrical and control systems throughout the project lifecycle

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and test records

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency, quality, and safety standards

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

• Proven experience in electrical design for industrial automation and/or control systems

• Strong foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles, control panel design, and system integration

• Hands-on familiarity with industrial automation components — sensors, actuators, PLC systems, and field devices

• Proficiency in electrical design software, particularly EPLAN/or AutoCAD

• Sound understanding of international electrical standards including IEC/EN, NFPA/NEC, and UL

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients

• Willingness to travel internationally and locally as project requirements demand
