• Provide customer service support via phone and email.

• Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation.

• Monitor and ensure shipments are delivered, and liaise with warehouse supervisor on activities.

• Ensure KPIs are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.

• Collaborate with departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.

• Ensure accuracy of all inventories and records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

3. Warehouse Coordinator /Mon-Fri:8.30am-5.30pm, Alt Sat: 8.30am-12.pm/Up $2,200 @Toh Guan

• Communicate with customers via email and tele conversation.

• Perform Inbound & Outbound data entry.
