JOB SCOPES

1. Procurement

• Source, negotiate, and buy critical parts.

• Work closely with service teams to ensure parts are ready for high-priority contracts.

2. Inventory & Warehouse

• Maintain optimal stock levels for critical spare parts (monitor min/max levels).

• Lead the team in unload shipments, check packing lists against purchase orders, and perform quality checks.

3. Admin & Budgeting

• Prepare simple monthly reports regarding stock levels.

• Monitor budgets and alert management early on potential overruns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Open to all candidates with a proven track record in procurement, warehouse management, or inventory control.

• Mindset: We value independent thinkers who have the confidence to suggest better solutions directly to management.

• Bonus Skills (Not a must, but highly advantageous): Knowledge of spare parts for any of the following:

1. Heavy Machinery / Construction Equipment / Automotive

2. Ground Support Equipment (GSE) / Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

3. Aerial Work Platforms (AWP / MEWP)
