Operations Coordinator (Air Freight) - #1163601

About the role

This is a full-time Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Import/Export) role with LX Pantos Singapore Pte Ltd, located in the Changi Airport East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the import and export of air freight shipments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to customers.

What you'll be doing

Air Export Operations

• Coordinate daily air export shipments from booking to final departure.

• Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletization and warehouse handling activities.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists and export permits.

• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers and overseas offices.

• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time departure according to customer requirements.

• Handle shipment irregularities and provide timely updates to customers.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation and status updates.

• Ensure customer requirements and KPIs are met.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

What we're looking for

• Possess 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred

• High attention to details

• Able to work well independently

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work beyond normal office hours when operational requirements arise.

• Working day: Shift schedule work (including Sunday / Public Holiday/ weekday and weekend according to shift assigned)

• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
