About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Operations Manager to support the implementation of IT initiatives and contribute to operational excellence in a mission-critical environment. This role involves project coordination, technical assessments, solution deployment, and operational support of enterprise IT systems and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support incident troubleshooting and resolution.
• Assist in gathering technical requirements, preparing documentation, and evaluating proposed solutions.
• Support project implementation, change management activities, and service enhancements.
• Monitor, maintain, and support operational IT systems to ensure service reliability and performance.
• Participate in standby duties or support rotations as required.
• Conduct system reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including cloud platforms, automation tools, endpoint security solutions, IoT technologies, and digital services.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, standard operating procedures, inventory records, and operational reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, system support, infrastructure support, or technology-related roles.
• Basic understanding of networking, system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible, and adaptable in a dynamic operational environment.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CAPM, or equivalent will be an advantage.
