About the Role

As an Associate System Acceptance Engineer, you will support the configuration, testing, and validation of high-precision automated equipment before customer delivery. Comprehensive on-the-job training (3–4 weeks) will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for diploma holders looking to build their engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and perform System Acceptance Tests (SAT) for SMT equipment based on customer requirements.

• Support system setup, validation, and functional testing prior to shipment.

• Assist Engineers and Senior Engineers during customer pre-acceptance (buy-off) activities.

• Ensure products meet established quality, productivity, and delivery standards.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues where required.

• Maintain accurate testing and configuration documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related disciplines).

• 1–2 years of experience in a machinery, manufacturing, automation, or production environment is preferred.

• Knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) or automated manufacturing equipment is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good quality mindset with attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
