Retail Mall Operations Executive (East) 2 year contract - #1163585

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the handover and takeover of premises from tenants/purchasers.

• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule

• Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.

• Ensure the upkeep of buildings

• Address and resolve complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly

• Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants

• Serve as part of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (including SIC, ERT, and First Aid).

• Manage site project work.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)

Min 5 years of relevant experience

Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required

Possession of Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications is a plus.

WSQ training in SIC and ERT is an added advantage.
