This is a 4 day work week, Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4pm Customer Service Support position.
This position will support our customers including scheduling patient fitting appointments, receive and guide walk in patients and other post sales administration follow up.
The selected candidate will be entitled to annual paid leave, paid sick leave, public holidays and rest days, medical and insurance benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Schedule patient fitting appointments for patients directed from Public Healthcare Institutions. )
· Triage walk-in patients, perform first level troubleshooting for Hearing Aids.
· Handle incoming phone call enquiries
· Support invoicing submission and Purchase Order follow up.
· Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in any related discipline will be highly regarded
· Candidates with experience as clinic assistant, receptionist or other similar types of roles will be highly regarded.
· MS office basic proficiency
· Caring and dedicated personality. Willing to converse with elderly patients.
· Customer oriented
· Willingness to learn
· Good team player is a must
