Front-of-House Manager - #1163442

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $4500 - $4800

• Working hours: 5 days work week (Officer Hours)

• Working Location: Pasir Panjang

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house canteen operations to ensure smooth meal service.

• Supervise catering staff, pantry assistants, and part-time card swipe assistants.

• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer feedback or complaints.

• Monitor queue flow and dining area operations during meal periods.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the dining and service areas.

• Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely food replenishment.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and work allocation.

• Train, guide, and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure service standards are met.

• Monitor stock levels of pantry supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.

• Ensure proper operation of card swipe systems and assist in resolving related issues.

• Conduct routine inspections of the dining area and service counters.

• Prepare operational reports and escalate issues to management when necessary.

• Support company events, special catering arrangements, and ad-hoc operational requirements.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in food service, F&B operations, restaurant supervision, or catering management.

• Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
