Job scope:

Operational Testing & Validation

1. Validate test results from automation and AI, ensuring data integrity.

2. Actively participate in UAT, collaborate with various teams (Operations, Business, Technology)

3. Develop comprehensive test cases, conduct functional testing, and manage defects using tools like JIRA Assistant.

4. Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize testing processes and increase efficiency.

5. Support testing activities for the Mortgage Agentic AI project.

Operational Processing (BAU Focus)

1. Execute pre-disbursement and pre-processing activities for Auto loans, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

2. Ensure full documentation and pre-disbursement compliance for secured, non-mortgage, and mortgage loans, ensuring adherence to credit quality standards, turnaround times and regulatory standards.

3. Administer Letters of Offer, verify credit file accuracy, monitor special conditions and manage safekeeping of title deeds.
