• Position : Airfreight Cargo Planning Supervisor (Logistics)

• Location : Changi

• Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Transport Provided: Tanah Merah and Tampines Pick Up Point + Medical and Insurance Coverage

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan air charters for oversized and heavy cargo shipments

• Prepare aircraft loading plans and coordinate approval with airlines

• Plan ULD packaging materials based on cargo requirements

• Work with warehouse teams to build cargo according to loading plans

• Coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams on shipment schedules

• Adjust loading plans when cargo dimensions or client requirements change

• Ensure cargo planning maximises load efficiency and controls airline cost

• Maintain shipment records and report discrepancies for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in airfreight, cargo planning or logistics

• Experience handling oversized, odd-sized or heavy cargo will be an advantage

• Able to work closely with airlines, warehouse and customer service teams
