Responsibilities:
Guide and support the import customer service team to ensure shipments are handled smoothly from start to finish
Oversee daily activities such as document checks, coordination with airlines, customs clearance, invoicing, and closing of jobs
Spot areas where processes can be improved and drive changes to make workflows more efficient
Keep track of team performance, provide coaching, and raise any concerns to management when needed
Step in to manage complex customer issues and provide solutions when escalations arise
Work closely with different departments to ensure timely and accurate handling of shipments
Ensure all activities follow company guidelines and meet regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Only Singaporean may apply
Familiar with CargoWise system
Strong understanding of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements
Min. 4-6 years of experience in airfreight import customer service and billing
