Resident Relations Officer - #1163562

The Resident Relations Officer is responsible for fostering positive relationships with residents and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment within the dormitory. The role serves as a key point of contact for residents, addressing feedback, resolving concerns, and supporting day-to-day dormitory operations while promoting resident engagement and satisfaction.

* Foster positive relationships with residents and promote a harmonious living environment within the dormitory.

* Conduct regular engagement with residents to understand their needs, concerns, and overall well-being.

* Address and resolve resident complaints and issues, escalating matters where necessary.

* Support the day-to-day operations of the dormitory and ensure smooth service delivery.

* Conduct routine inspections of residential blocks, rooms, and common areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with dormitory regulations.

* Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external agencies on operational and maintenance matters.

* Support emergency response activities and incident management in accordance with company procedures.

* Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform administrative duties related to dormitory operations.

* Participate in resident engagement activities, welfare programmes, and community-building initiatives.

* All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: N level.

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.

• Excellent team player.

• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Alert and possesses strong observational skills.

• Personal transportation is an advantage.
