Mass Hiring: Equipment Technician (July Intake) (10 Pax)

Salary: Up to $3000

Working Time: 7.20am - 7.20pm / 7.20pm - 7.20am (12 hour shift) (Day/Night)

Work Pattern: 2-2-2-2 Days

Location: AMK

Job Detail:

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment to support production operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

• Maintain equipment records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.

• Work closely with engineers and production teams to resolve issues and improve equipment reliability.

• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment optimization projects.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Preferably 1–3 years of working experience as an Equipment Technician.

• Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage.

• Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or engineering support in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with different teams.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
