Join our team as an Assistant to Project Manager (PM), providing essential support in all aspects of project administration and client handling. Your role will include:

1. Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure smooth project delivery.

2. Preparing quotes, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and services.

3. Acting as a liaison between clients and the Project Manager, managing client communications and addressing requests.

4. Managing project documentation, reports, and updates to maintain clear and accurate records.

5. Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organising events.

6. Performing weekend work as necessary to keep projects on track.
   

Requirements​

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• At least 1 year past experience in event industry

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management tools.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised to ensure smooth project execution.
