We are seeking talented Software Developer to join our team working on the development of autonomous naval vessels. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, particularly in the realm of network communications and autonomous systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing software solutions that enable our naval vessels to operate autonomously on the water.

• Work in a team of diverse backgrounds to gather software requirements, conduct software design, implementation, and testing.

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Write well-designed, testable code in C++.

• Develop and implement software testing and validation plans to ensure the quality of software.

• Stay up to date on the latest developments in robotics software and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.

• Document and maintain software design, testing and validation plan.

• Conduct software integration and testing with actual system.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in C++ software development.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience with multithreaded and performance-critical applications.

• Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and optimization techniques.

• Experience using version control systems such as Git.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience working with Behavior Tree (BT) for AI, decision-making systems, robotics, or autonomous applications.

• Experience with modern C++ standards (C++14/17/20).

• Familiarity with Windows development environments.

• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
