IT Engineer - East Region (Loyang) - #1163467

Eligibility: Singaporean. (Note :Work pass sponsorship is not available for this role)

5 Days Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Location: Loyang Crescent

Salary: Up to $4,000 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• In-House Support: Proven experience handling internal employee IT issues day-to-day.

• PC & Software: Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and standard commercial software.

• Windows Networking: Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows-based networks.

• Server Maintenance: Direct experience or foundational knowledge in maintaining company servers.

• Security Audits: Past involvement in executing or supporting information security inspections.

• ISO27001: Familiarity with information security management system frameworks.

• Data Privacy: Basic understanding or working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA regulations.

• Education: Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related computer discipline.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical fixes clearly to both English and Mandarin speaking non-technical staffs

• Demonstrates the ability to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent technical tasks, and maintain a high standard of cybersecurity hygiene.
